When your drop offering successfully closes, our Escrow Agent will provide you with the funds raised. The money paid by Investors goes directly to the Escrow Agent, who holds it until the offering is completed. Then the Escrow Agent sends funds to your account, typically within 2-3 weeks after transactions settle.
