An offering is when a YouTube Creator opens the door in a community round to share a percentage of their channel’s future YouTube revenue with Investors through the sale of a revenue share percentage offered through GigaStar Market – GigaStar’s funding portal.
After the closing of the offering, Channel Revenue Tokens (“CRTs”) are minted. The CRT digitally represents the security that was issued under Regulation Crowdfunding.
The offering is a timed window where Creator shares (CRTs) are available for purchase until they sell out or until the offering ends. Offerings must be open for 21 days, but could close sooner if all CRTs sell out.
