Updating the email address you use to log in to the Funding Portal and the Portfolio is a two step process that involves first changing the email address in your account, and then going through a quick signup process to set up a password for your updated email address. Follow the instructions below:
Updating the Email Address
In this first step, you will go through and change the email address inside the Funding Portal:
- Go to the Funding Portal;
- Click on "Log In" on the top right hand corner;
- Type in your login information and click on the Sign In button:
- Once successfully logged in, click on "My Account" in the top panel;
- Alternately, you can click on your name in the top right corner and click on "My Account" from there:
**TO NOTE**: The email address change will apply to all your accounts, if you have multiple.

- Click on the "Users" tab;
- Click on the pencil icon under "Users" to change the email address:
- In the "Email" section, input the new email address;
- Click on the "Update User" button and it should redirect you with a confirmation message:

Log out of the account, and on the main page, click on the "Sign Up" button.
Setting Up Your Password
In this second step, you will create a password using your new email address so you can log in to the Funding Portal.
- Enter your new email address and add a password:
- Click on the "Sign up" button;
- Input the verification code sent to the new email address;
- Click on the "Confirm account" button;
- Done!
You should be all set! Please note that it may take 24-48 hours before the new credentials can be used to log in to the GigaStar Portfolio.
